General Conditions of Sale
Article 1. General Principles
The following general conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer ("you") at www.missmrslingerie.com, a company registered in South Africa, 2024/337889/07 MISS AND MRS. By using missmrslingerie.com and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document (the "Terms"). Please ensure you have read and understood these terms and conditions before placing your order.
The presentation of products or services on the site www.missmrslingerie.com at a given time does not guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice to you. The version of the general conditions that will apply to your order will be the one on the site www.missmrslingerie.com when you place the order.
Article 2. Price and Delivery Costs
The prices displayed on www.missmrslingerie.com include legal value-added tax. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the tariff in force at the time of order confirmation and subject to availability. Products on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees range from R100-R200 for each order. The cost of each delivery method is clearly stated during the payment process. If we are unable to deliver your order in its entirety and must make several deliveries, subsequent deliveries will not result in additional cost to you.
Article 3. Order
To order, the customer should follow these steps:
1. Add selected products to the basket. Access to the basket is possible at any time to modify or validate. The customer checks the details of her cart, consults its total amount and the cost of delivery, and validates with the "order" button.
2. Log in to their account to be identified. In case the customer has no account, they should create one following the account creation process indicated by www.missmrslingerie.com.
3. Choose delivery address and payment method. When confirming the order summary, the client expressly agrees to the general sales conditions in force on the site. The customer is redirected to secure payment.
Miss & Mrs Lingerie immediately confirms the registration of the order by sending a confirmation message to the email address provided by the customer. The customer will receive an email confirming the order.
Article 4. Payment
Validating your order obligates you to pay the quoted price. The payment of your purchases is made by credit card. Miss & Mrs Lingerie does not have access to the banking data of its customers.
Article 5. Cancellation and Modification
Once you have received your email confirming your order, any cancellation or modification of your order is not possible. No changes to orders, including changes in color, deletion or addition of items, or changes to the recipient's address, are possible.
Article 6. Delivery
Miss & Mrs Lingerie strives to ship orders as quickly as possible and in the order they were placed. We strive to deliver within 7 to 10 business days after order confirmation. While we do our best to send your order within these deadlines, delivery can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. If the delivery period exceeds 30 days, you are entitled to be fully reimbursed.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the expected delivery times (provided we have previously communicated your email address). If your package is returned to us for reasons such as wrong address, nonexistent address, or unclaimed package at the post office, you must pay a fee for re-delivery. In such cases, the shipping cost of your order will not be refunded. In case of cancellation of your order, shipping costs remain at your expense.
Article 7. Returns
All returns must be reported to the Customer Service at Miss & Mrs Lingerie. You have 14 days to cancel the sales contract without any explanation. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you have taken physical possession of your property.
Items must be sent or hand-delivered as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. If you return your entire order, costs up to R300 will be deducted from the final amount of your refund. We will refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the returned items or proof of shipping.
If you wish to return an item that is not suitable, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us. Include the invoice in your package and circle the items being returned. In case of loss of the invoice, indicate your information (order reference and full name) on plain paper.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with the invoice, in new condition, and must not have been worn or damaged. Promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Package Processing Time
Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of your package. We will refund using the same method of payment as used for the initial transaction. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, you will be refunded in the form of a credit note to make a new purchase. You will receive a reduction code by e-mail to enter when placing your new order. This code will be valid for 1 year. It is preferable to order the desired item directly and then request a refund for the unsuitable item.
Non-Complying Product
In the event of a defect or non-compliant product, the customer has 48 hours from the date of receipt to report it by e-mail to admin@missmrslingerie.com. Any complaint made after the deadline cannot be taken into account. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make your return.
